As a key member of the Risk & Finance Technology team, you will work on high-impact projects that drive the bank's success across diverse financial markets. The Role
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects that span multiple teams and regions, focusing on Global Markets initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards, manage risks, and provide comprehensive visibility into project health and performance.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Risk, Finance, and Global Markets to deliver world-class solutions that meet both business and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the development of innovative testing strategies and ensure full compliance with audit and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex projects/programs with a specific focus on Global Markets, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple regions and teams, ensuring transparent communication and consistent delivery of business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, manage risks, and monitor performance to meet project goals.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from analysis and development to testing and release, ensuring best practices are followed.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience in Project and Program Management within Global Markets, including Governance, Stakeholder Management, and Risk Management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a highly regulated, global financial services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, markets, and business processes, with experience delivering technology solutions for Global Markets teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage global stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment across regions and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and how they apply to large, cross-functional projects.
- Solid understanding of global financial regulations and how they impact risk and finance technology solutions.
The plan for this role is to be a long-term engagement, with a 6-month contract initially, but with the intention to extend significantly beyond that.
