Job Description
Job Summary: A Senior Project Manager is sought to oversee Whitespace & Technology Infrastructure projects across Business Units in the EMEA region, supporting client relationships and driving business growth. The role involves ensuring alignment between account organisation and other departments, maximising value creation, and delivering projects to completion on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Value Creation: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive account and project growth, representing the best interests of Data Centre Solutions (DCS) externally and internally.
- Customer Relationship Management & Development: Build individual relationships with industry manufacturers and distributors, establishing and executing resource and people strategy to deliver contractual commitments.
- Leadership: Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities, delivering projects to completion on time and on budget, and identifying, reducing, and managing risks associated with each project.
- P&L, Contract Management and Governance: Assist financial performance of EMEA TI Projects, ensuring compliance with CBRE project management policies and procedures, and providing healthy and safe working conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, understanding of contracts and commercial models in the market.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Industry knowledge and trends.
- Ability to prioritise, result-oriented, and accountable.
