A tier 1 construction company is seeking skilled Senior Project Manager for a high-density residential and commercial project in Dublin. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety, reporting directly to the Construction Director. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards. Act as the primary contact between the company and the client, providing consistent updates. Guide and manage project teams, ensuring adherence to construction, contractual, and regulatory standards. Coordinate subcontractors and maintain high on-site performance standards. Manage daily operations and enhance project processes for efficiency. Deliver progress reports, analyze outcomes, and resolve issues promptly. Foster strong business relationships for project success. Capture and share project insights for continuous improvement and team development. Requirements: Degree qualification with at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager. Proven track record in managing high-density residential or commercial projects. Strong skills in interpreting contracts and documents. Expertise in cost control and construction planning. Competence in setting and tracking project goals and milestones. Extensive experience in leading project teams and subcontractor management. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Powerproject).
