Senior Project Manager Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid Working) Client: Consulting The Role I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in risk management to join my clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a consulting capacity, overseeing high-impact programmes and projects for a range of clients across diverse industries. The role is based in Dublin with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex programmes and projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Identify, assess, and manage programme risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including senior management and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals and risk management approaches. Provide consultancy and expert advice on programme risk, offering tailored solutions for clients. Develop detailed project plans and ensure effective tracking and reporting of progress, risks, and issues. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and manage project resources effectively. Continuously assess project performance and implement best practices to enhance delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a consulting environment. Strong expertise in risk management, with a track record of successfully delivering risk mitigation strategies. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
