Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager (Construction) Location: Rathcoole, Dublin Sector: Healthcare Project Duration: 18 Months Commencing: Late 2024 Salary: c.€90k - €100k+ per annum (depending on experience) Package: Van & Fuel, 10% Performance Bonus, Phone, Laptop, Pension, Professional Development, Hybrid Working Experience: 10+ Years working as a Contracts or Project Manager (Tier 1 or 2) in Construction Role Overview: Optimize are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager with 10+ years' experience, ideally working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Irish Main Contractors. The candidate will oversee a healthcare sector project, ensuring it meets budget, quality, and timeline standards. Both full-time and contract positions are considered, though full-time is preferred. Our client are revered for their 50-year legacy in transforming landscapes across sectors like Pharmaceutical, Educational, Healthcare, and Commercial, including high-end Fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and site staff. Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety, and quality control standards. Create and update project schedules. Liaise with stakeholders to manage expectations and project deliverables. Ensure project adherence to specifications and manage budgetary control. Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years' experience managing large-scale projects (€10m+). Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, decision-making, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Project). Experience in Healthcare projects is preferable, but not essential.
