Senior Project Manager A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience in construction management. The Client works on a variety Projects across Dublin: Residential, Warehouse, School, HotelProjects. Role: Ensure projects are managed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Building Regulations, while coordinating construction activities to align with schedules, budgets, and specifications. Arrange and chair site meetings involving the Design Team & Subcontractors to facilitate effective communication, document outcomes, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and Health & Safety regulations. Supervise site staff and subcontractors, maintaining oversight of construction quality, and collaborate with the Construction Team to provide timely and accurate information to all relevant parties. Possess knowledge and comprehension of RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management in various sectors. 3rd level degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Proficient in IT, with expertise in Microsoft Office/Excel and Microsoft Project.
