About your new job as a Senior Project Manager Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be a key member of the Development team, responsible for overseeing critical infrastructure projects across the estate, including utility installations, roadworks, and public realm developments. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, accounting, technical direction, and quality control from inception to completion. Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and risk management. Collaborate with the team to present a unified front to external consultants and contractors. Stay updated on construction technologies and legislation to future-proof developments. Serve as the single point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and design/construction teams. Allocate resources, manage stakeholders, and ensure effective communication. Ensure accurate documentation, project handover, and SHE policy compliance. Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining a risk register. Assist in dispute resolution as needed. What skill/experience you need for this Senior Project Manager job Degree in Project Management or Construction with a relevant professional qualification (RICS, APM, MCIOB) or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of the Irish/UK construction market. Familiarity with contract law and JCT forms is a plus.
