Prosource Group are recruiting a Senior Project Manager on behalf of one of Irelands most reputable Consultancy Firms who specialise in program management, financial and project controls, and project management. Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager with my client, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects of various sizes and complexities. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of experts, while working closely with clients to ensure the successful execution of their construction ventures. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure they are adhered to. Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and provide expert guidance. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions. Coordinate project teams and subcontractors to optimize project efficiency. Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years of senior-level experience. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
