Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management of implementation projects for existing clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities and develop tailored offerings for prospective clients.
- Implement strategies to expand the company's product and service offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs and provide effective solutions.
- Lead complex change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and desired outcomes.
- Investigate operational issues and propose effective solutions to drive organizational improvements.
- Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with all stakeholders.

- Define user acceptance tests and lead validation efforts for solution delivery.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
