Key Responsibilities: Project Management of implementation projects for existing clients. Identify upselling opportunities and develop tailored offerings for prospective clients. Implement strategies to expand the company's product and service offerings based on market trends and customer feedback. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs and provide effective solutions. Lead complex change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and desired outcomes. Investigate operational issues and propose effective solutions to drive organizational improvements. Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with all stakeholders. Utilize advanced business analysis techniques to document requirements, ensuring traceability with business objectives. Define user acceptance tests and lead validation efforts for solution delivery. Mentor less experienced colleagues, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Key Skills and Experience: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and developing new business opportunities. Strong understanding of sales processes, with a focus on creating solutions that meet client needs. Experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, with a history of delivering complex change initiatives. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for proposing innovative solutions.
