Senior Project Manager for Construction Consultancy
**Job Summary:**
Lead multiple projects, end to end service delivery, client objectives, time and cost targets, quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
Key client interface, ensure client objectives met, projects delivered to time and cost targets, quality standards.
Proactive client business development, create new relationships, maintain established ones.
Advise at strategic level, project conception stage, provide advice on approaches to achieve client objectives.
Manage project information flow, team and client, regular meetings, written communications.
Interface with client, consultants, all project stages.
**Requirements:**
Minimum 5 years experience, Construction Project Manager, consultancy or client facing environment.
Degree in Construction related discipline.
Chartered or working towards Chartership, CIOB or RICS.
