About the role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes of work across our manufacturing portfolio. This includes leadership, programme management, change and stakeholder management, integration management, people management, methodology and governance, and third-party vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IO functional leaders to develop high-visibility transformation programmes and drive execution through constructive challenge, thought leadership, and strong governance.
  • Manage complex programmes, projects, or workstreams throughout the programme lifecycle, from concept and design to post-implementation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure optimised "1Kerry" design and change management planning are core principles of all programme plans.
  • Drive the identification and management of interdependencies with other programmes and strategies functionally and cross-enterprise.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced PMO team members to develop their skills, capabilities, business acumen, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure Kerry's Programme Management methodology is appropriately deployed, including appropriate use of stage gates to minimise programme risk.
  • Directly manage third-party vendors to ensure statements of work are written to maximise value to Kerry and that once scope is agreed, execution is managed in accordance with the parameters of the SOW.

Qualifications, skills, and experience

  • Significant experience and a proven track record of Programme Management across diverse programmes in a complex commercial matrix environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including track record of managing complex stakeholder groups and effective Steering Committees.
  • Curiosity, thought leadership, and passion for global design and relentless execution.
  • Proficient across multiple business disciplines and functions, strong on systems, processes, and data.
  • Expert knowledge of project management techniques, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation, OT, Engineering within an IO context would be beneficial.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business discipline; a recognised project management qualification or membership would be advantageous.
