Senior Project Manager – KPMG Construction Advisory
Manage a team of project managers to deliver construction projects safely, on time, and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project goals and objectives.
About the Role
- Lead a team of project managers to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve project objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- Degree in engineering or related field
- Chartered Quantity Surveying status with RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure project outputs meet required standards
- Knowledge of RIAI, GCCC, NEC, and FIDIC contracts
- Working knowledge of project management software and toolsets
