Job Description
Support a Manager to lead a team in supporting families in housing-led approaches, implementing trauma-informed practices and responding to their needs in a collaborative and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admit families to the service, ensuring a full induction and adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead on service operations, team leadership, program development, caseload management, and health and safety compliance
- Provide keywork to designated families, maintaining professional records and working alongside the manager to ensure trauma-informed practices
- Liaise with local authorities, housing providers, and healthcare services to coordinate services and support for service users
- Represent the organisation at external meetings and forums as required
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Social Care, Social Policy, Addiction Studies, Social Science, or Housing & Welfare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
- Experience with systems like Pathway Accommodation & Support System (PASS) or other relevant databases
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in social care or a related field

- Flexibility in working hours, including 24-hour service environment
- Ability to work on own initiative, motivate staff, and develop positive relationships with stakeholders
