Job Description
Senior Project/Program Manager required for a leading Multinational Semiconductor EDA Software provider in Cork City, Ireland. Manage projects from inception to delivery and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external stakeholders as a customer-facing Program Manager.
- Work with internal and external customers and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet customer needs in a timely manner given available resources.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables.
- Manage deliverables, including SOWs, change management, and approval of deliverables.
- Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver on time and with the required quality.
- Manage each release through the quality checker process.
- Partner with various teams to identify areas in need of improvement to increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests.
- Anticipate problems and complications, formulate solutions to avoid impeding project progress.
- Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution.
- Hold status update meetings with technical teams and update higher management on project progress.
- Create and maintain scorecards to track project performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience in a technology-oriented organization.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
