Senior Project/Program Manager
A leading Multinational Semiconductor EDA Software provider seeks a seasoned professional to oversee project execution, stakeholder management, and delivery of complex software solutions.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage external stakeholders as a customer-facing Program Manager.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to define project objectives and requirements.
- Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
- Develop and distribute standard project management deliverables.
- Manage deliverables, including SOWs, change management, and approval of deliverables.
- Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver on time and with required quality.
- Manage quality checklists, Jira tickets, schedule trackers, and other project-related tools.
- Identify areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests.
- Anticipate and resolve problems to maintain project progress.
- Hold status update meetings with technical teams and update management on project progress.
- Track project performance using scorecards.
- Ensure on-time project delivery, product quality, cost, and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Product Management in a technology-oriented organization.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Strong project management skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Familiarity with Integrated Circuit Design, Custom Layout, Physical Design & Verification, and Silicon Validation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
