An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Manager with 2 years' experience to join an international estate agency, offering excellent benefits.
As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio that includes housing units, apartments, and commercial properties throughout Kildare and Dublin.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing property developments and ensuring effective operations.
- Addressing owner inquiries and logging incidents of nuisance or complaints.
- Coordinating with contractors for maintenance tasks and certifying invoices.
- Conducting site visits and managing necessary documentation.
- Supervising staff, providing training, and supporting team development.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Must have PSRA D licence.
- Familiarity with MUD Act legislation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
