Due the pending retirement of one of their senior partners they are seeking an ambitious senior solicitor with proven man-management skills to take on and growing Property area of the firm. About the position: The team comprises a highly regarded group of lawyers with very deep roots in the Irish market and long-standing, cast iron relationships. They act for a broad mix of Irish, international and private clients and advise on all areas of commercial, litigation and property law. A crystal-clear path to partner is on offer with the current Partner retiring Key Skills Required: Experienced solicitor with the ambition to make partner Extensive experience within Real Estate or Property. Must have existing relationships or a business development plan as well as the willingness to take on existing clients of the firm as the current Partner winds down. Highest level of integrity and commitment Capable of assembling and managing a team, generating fees which can maintain and sustain the profitability of the firm High quality performer with the highest quality standards Team player Salary and fee % split negotiable but very attractive depending on experience
