**Senior Psychologist (Paediatrics) Job Description** A highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Psychologist is sought to work within an interdisciplinary team as a member of the Children's Disability Network Team 8, Central Cork. **Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior Psychologist with a recognised University QQI Level 8 degree and a postgraduate professional psychological qualification to work with children with disabilities. **Key Responsibilities** • Work within an interdisciplinary team as a member of the Children's Disability Network Team 8, Central Cork • Provide high-quality psychological services to children with disabilities • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans • Conduct assessments and provide interventions to children and their families • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives • Supervise and mentor junior staff members **Requirements** • Recognised University QQI Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in psychology • Postgraduate professional psychological qualification in Clinical, Counselling or Educational Psychology • At least five years of satisfactory postgraduate clinical experience • Full Clean Driver's License and access to own vehicle • Experience working as a psychologist with children with disabilities is desirable **What We Offer** • Salary in line with the HSE consolidated pay scales • Supervision and training opportunities • Flexible and supportive work environment • Opportunities for professional development and career growth • Membership of the Single Public Service Pension Scheme • Subsidised canteen and onsite parking **Career Growth and Development** • Opportunities for professional development and career growth • Regular training and supervision provided • CPD is actively encouraged and supported **Company Information** Cope Foundation is a leading provider of services for people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
