Cpl Recruitment, have partnered with a great client to hire a new Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge applications in Azure Cloud.
You'll build a client-facing portal for delivering analytics with the opportunity to influence strategic technology solutions.In this role, you will design end-to-end solutions, handle large-scale projects, and ensure seamless implementation. They value strong communication skills and collaboration.
On offer - Salary - €75-95K DOE. 10% bonus, Pension (8%), Healthcare for you and dependents. 25 days holidays + many more.
Hybrid working form Dublin - 1 Day a week onsite.
Tech Stack:
- Cloud: Azure
- Programming Languages: Python
- Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask (or similar for API development)
- Database: SQL (and NoSQL databases), database monitoring tools
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
- Automation: Airflow (or similar for pipeline automation)
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent monitoring tools
- Security: OAuth, JWT, or other proxy/authorization solutions
- Data Libraries: pandas, numpy (bonus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop internal and customerfacing APIs.
- Improve and maintain automation pipelines.
- Resolve bugs across environments.
- Work with DevOps on deployment and infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth API data integration with frontend developers.
- Advocate for and ensure high code quality.
Technical Skills:
- 5+ Years experience in Python, especially in API development.
- Expertise in scalable system design.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in database performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of coding standards.
- Experience with pipeline automation.
- Familiarity with security protocols and monitoring tools.
