Senior Quality Engineer- Castletroy, Co. Limerick. CREGG is currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineerfor our client based in Annacotty, Co. Limerick Our clientis a global medical technology company specialising in devices that enhance patient care. This clientpartners with customers to design and manufacture custom medicalcomponents and devices, offering expertise in design, development, and regulatory support. Role Overview:As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be a quality leader driving global and internal programs, systems development and improvement activities relating to the operation of the Quality Management System. Key responsibilities will include (but aren't limited) to the following; Manage, support, and monitor the CAPA process. Lead and monitor the effectiveness of the Internal audit process. Manage and host customer and regulatory audits. Drive performance and process improvements across the Quality Management System. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead, motivate, and develop self and team to meet performance and growth objectives. Requirements: Experience with people management. Degree in Engineering/ Quality discipline is essential. Min 5-10 Years experience in Quality Systems Management in the Medical Device /Component Industry. Certified QE, desirable. Technical report writing skill. Statistical knowledge (DOE, SPC, Sample comparison, etc.) Working knowledge of Risk Managementand validation principles Previous experience of Managing project teams desirable.
