Senior Quality Lead sought to develop and implement quality management systems, lead quality teams, and ensure product quality meets customer expectations.
As a Senior Quality Lead, you will support production, quality control, quality lab, and research development teams. This is a fully onsite position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust quality management system to ensure product or service quality meets customer expectations.
- Lead and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Support the Internal Audit, Supplier Audit, and Regulatory Audit Programmes.
- Conduct, document, and review complaint investigations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in quality-related areas.
- Risk assessment of customer complaints, Non-conformance, and CAPA's.
- Keep up to date on industry regulations and ensure that the organization remains compliant with applicable standards and certifications.
- Initiate, manage, and execute projects for continuous improvement within the department.
- Understand and review Validation documentation, Change Requests, Design and Process FMEA's, Test Summaries, Software Validation, Microbiological assessments, and Critical System Work Orders.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Qualification in Quality/Validation/Statistics/Risk would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Data-driven decision making.
