Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cavan Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 (DOE) Location: Kilnaleck Full-Time position + Office / Site based + Excellent Benefits Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Co. Cavan. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years experience and shall oversee the management of tendering activities, ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for: Overseeing the completion of project close-out documentation and final account agreements. Identifying and managing commercial risks, variations, and potential cost overruns. Managing the financial aspects of projects from tender through to completion. Managing the certification process and preparing financial reports for senior management. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role. At least 4 years of work experience in Ireland / Europe and Quantity surveying qualification. Background in construction planning, programming, and commercial management. Familiarity with construction industry and previous mechanical experience. Strong understanding of Navisworks / CAD / P3 Programming / BIM.
