Senior Quantity Surveyor (Educational) Swords, North Dublin €Neg+ Package Required for medium-sized contractor who are undertaking educational & housing projects across Dublin & Leinster. Role • Manage all aspects of quantity surveying duties for construction projects. • Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts. • Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments. • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Provide commercial advice to project teams. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Mentor and support junior QS staff. Requirements: • 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience. • Experience with Public Works Contracts is essential. • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. • Restoration experience is an advantage.
