Location: Dublin & Leinster Job Type: Permanent, full-time A growing fit-out and main contractor based in Dublin is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run multiple jobs from pre-construction through to client handover. With a strong pipeline of work and a number of key, repeat business clients, the company has is growing strongly with turnover projected to double in the next 5 years. Due to this measured expansion, they are currently recruiting for a Senior QS to report to the Commercial Director and oversee the completion of projects. Some current projects include: €5m primary health care centre €15m Office and retail development €4m education project €8m Office Redevelopment €25m leisure project With an enviable client base and continued project wins the company are growing steadily. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish. Duties will include Procurements and management of sub-contractors Cost monitoring and reporting Final accounts Variations Valuations Measurement The Person: Degree in Quantity Surveying 10+ years experience with either a contractor, sub-contractor or consultancy Previous fit-out / Refurb experience is beneficial Strong communicator In return, a market leading salary and benefits package is on offer that will be tailored to the individual.
