Senior Quantity Surveyor Job In Cork

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a reputable developer in the Cork area with experience in Residential and RC Frame construction.

Key responsibilities include timely procurement of subcontractors, main contract administration, and change order management.

Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Residential and RC Frame experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Commercially and contractually aware
• Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work

Salary: €80k - €90k per annum, plus travel allowance and benefits package.

Eligibility to work in Ireland required.
