Join a leading developer in Cork with multiple projects underway and in planning. We seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 6+ years' experience in Residential and RC Frame construction, ideally in Ireland or the UK. Key responsibilities include procurement, contract administration, and change management. Requirements include a degree in Quantity Surveying, excellent communication skills, and commercial awareness. Eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory. As a skilled QS, you will be responsible for timely procurement of subcontractors, main contract administration, and change order management. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with the project team. Your commitment to delivering high-quality work will be integral to the success of our projects. We offer a competitive salary of €80k-€90k, travel allowance, and a benefits package.
