Senior Quantity Surveyor role requires expertise in cost management and contract administration on high-impact developments, with a salary of €80-100k and location in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the central project controls team to review project commercial reports
- Assist in preparing monthly commercial reports for projects
- Perform monthly commercial and operational reviews for selected projects
- Support project teams with reporting, cost control, and risk management
- Keep stakeholders informed about project risks and commercial impacts
- Review and provide feedback on Margin sign-off files
- Assess risks during Margin sign-off and ensure project teams remain aware of these risks
- Identify high-risk projects and collaborate with project teams to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with the project controls team on Group reporting cycles
- Assist commercial teams with quarterly revenue and margin forecasts
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveyor (QS Degree) qualified or 10+ years relevant experience
- Experience with Excel is essential
- Experience with Power BI and SAP would be beneficial
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
