A leading developer in South Dublin seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 7+ years of experience to work on residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to contribute to the growth of the commercial team
- Manage residential projects such as housing or apartment developments
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- At least 7 years' experience, ideally with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Commercially and contractually astute
- Motivated and driven to produce high-quality work
