Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
A leading developer in South Dublin seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 7 years of experience to join their head office team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded developer known for their solid reputation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director and contribute to the growth of the commercial team.
The ideal Senior QS should have experience in residential projects such as housing or apartment developments.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Experience: At least 7 years' experience, ideally with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
- Skills: Commercially and contractually astute, strong written and verbal communication skills in English
