Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor sought for large-scale project in South Dublin with a leading main contractor.
The successful candidate will oversee the commercial aspects of the project, reporting to the Commercial Manager, and will have support from a Commercial team.
Key responsibilities include managing projects and teams effectively, managing subcontractors, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the budget.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying
- Previous experience working on Commercial, Mixed-use, residential or large scale schemes
- Ability to manage projects and teams effectively
- Strong ability to manage subcontractors effectively
