Senior Quantity Surveyor joins Ireland's leading multi-disciplinary Engineering and Construction company on a large project at Dublin Port. Key responsibilities include: Preparation: internal commercial reporting, valuations, cost reports, subcontract and material procurement schedules, and subcontractor/supplier accounts. Administration: subcontract payments, change management, and site records. Risk management: commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering, and change. Cost control: cost mitigation and cash flow management. Key skills include: Contract administration: contractually compliant documentation, subcontract arrangements, and insurance related issues. Financial management: cash position, WIP control, and margin improvement plans. Technical writing: PQQ responses and technical reports. Requirements: degree qualified, 5 years post-graduate experience, full driving licence, and salary circa €75k - €85k DOE.
