Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor required to advise on contractual matters, process claims, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on contractual matters at general and project level
- Process contractual claims and associated records
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to maximize revenue and reduce costs
- Assist with project cash management and ensure timely drafting of commercial/contractual correspondence
- Prepare and review monthly cost reports and ensure risk registers, variation trackers, and extension of time tracker sheets are reviewed and updated monthly
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
- Proven extensive experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects
- Ability to work on large-scale, high-headcount construction sites and subcontractors
- Strong time management skills and excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
