The CSR Group is working with one of Irelands most well-known main contractors in their recruitment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Successful QS will be working initially on a large scale €65m project in South Dublin with a duration of 20 months, you will then move to further projects in the Dublin area. This role is overseeing the commercial aspects of the project and reporting to the Commercial Manager. You will have support from a Commercial team and will be responsible for the day to day operation of the budget. This role will suit a Quantity Surveyor with: Degree in Quantity Surveying 10+ years experience Previous experience working on Commercial, Mixed-use , residential or large scale schemes The ability to manage projects and teams effectively A strong ability to manage subcontractors effectively In return The company are prepared to offer a leading salary and benefits package.
