A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Role: The Quantity surveyor will manage the creation of detailed Cost Plans for complex projects, using various techniques and software, and oversee data compilation for analysis. Develop long-term cash forecasts for projects, analyse results, and minimize cash outflow while maximizing inflow. Identify unfavorable terms in contracts and negotiate with clients and employers. Requirements: 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying. 5+ years industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor, having worked on commercial / residential projects.
