Job Description

A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team, based in Meath. This exciting role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering major projects that shape the future of Ireland's landscape, working alongside a talented and motivated team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of project finances, from initial cost planning through to final accounts. This includes preparing tender documents, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and liaising with both clients and contractors. The role demands a professional who is highly detail-oriented, with the ability to lead multiple projects and ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
