Senior Quantity Surveyor role involves managing commercial and construction aspects of projects, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing tenders, analysing subcontractors, and managing financial aspects to Final Account completion.
- Preparing forecasts, targets, and cost value reconciliations.
- Preparing and agreeing valuations, including generating certificates and handling invoicing and payments.
- Updating projected final accounts and preparing Final Account in a timely manner.
- Maintaining commercial and contractual entitlements.
- Reviewing and updating project risk/opportunity plan.
- Providing tender support and working with pre-construction department.
