Senior Quantity Surveyor Job In Galway

Senior Quantity Surveyor role involves managing commercial and construction aspects of projects, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing tenders, analysing subcontractors, and managing financial aspects to Final Account completion.
• Preparing forecasts, targets, and cost value reconciliations.
• Preparing and agreeing valuations, including generating certificates and handling invoicing and payments.
• Updating projected final accounts and preparing Final Account in a timely manner.
• Maintaining commercial and contractual entitlements.
• Reviewing and updating project risk/opportunity plan.
• Providing tender support and working with pre-construction department.
