Senior Quantity Surveyor role for a Tier 1 Property Developer in Galway, overseeing Commercial & Procurement aspects of a major new residential project.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial project team as a key member, with a genuine market leader.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Commercial & Procurement aspects of a major new residential project in Galway
- Working with a Tier 1 Property Developer with a turnover of circa €600m
- Managing a team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of Post-Graduate experience in a PQS or Contractors office
- House building/residential experience desirable
