Senior Quantity Surveyor | Residential Senior Quantity Surveyor for leading Irish Residential Developer for site based in Leixlip, Kildare. Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: * Cost Management & Estimation * Tender & Procurement Management * Project Financial Control * Team Collaboration & Mentorship Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements: * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field. * Minimum 8 years in Quantity Surveying, with at least 3 years in a Senior role within the Irish Market. * Residential experience is essential * Technical Skills * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Senior Quantity Surveyor Benefits: * Base salary of up to €100k per annum DOE * Annual company Bonus scheme * Pension * Car allowance * Income protection * Life assurance * Company leave days For more information, reach out to Matthew Walsh at (email address removed)
