Senior Quantity Surveyor role in Co. Cavan, overseeing project delivery from initiation to completion, with a competitive salary package and excellent benefits.
Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering activities, commercial risks, and financial aspects of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing project close-out documentation and final account agreements.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks, variations, and potential cost overruns.
- Managing the financial aspects of projects from tender through to completion.
- Managing the certification process and preparing financial reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Quantity surveying qualification and experience in Ireland/Europe.
- Background in construction planning, programming, and commercial management.
- Familiarity with construction industry and previous mechanical experience.
- Strong understanding of Navisworks/CAD/P3 Programming/BIM.
