Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor Wanted for Pharmaceutical Plant Build in County Kerry. Manage project's financial and contractual aspects, lead on estimating, budgeting, procurement, and tendering. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of quantity surveying duties
- Provide accurate cost management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and assess tender documents, contracts, and procurement processes
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure cost control
- Handle risk analysis, value engineering, and cost reporting
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices
