Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Summary
Manage financial and contractual aspects of large pharmaceutical plant project in County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage quantity surveying duties on residential and commercial projects.
Provide accurate cost management, budgeting, and forecasting throughout project lifecycle.
Prepare and assess tender documents, contracts, and procurement processes.
Lead negotiation and management of subcontractor agreements.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure cost control.
Handle risk analysis, value engineering, and cost reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
5+ years of experience in similar role.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
