Job Description
A leading, family-run building contractor based just outside Dublin is recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run projects in and around the Dublin area. With a strong pipeline of work, the company has undergone strategic growth in the last 5 years and is now in a position to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects.
- Project areas include: Healthcare, fit-out, retail, commercial, data centres and mixed use.
- Full ownership of projects from inception through to final handover.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or coming from a strong commercial background.
- 7+ years experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Contractually astute.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
