Senior Quantity Surveyor sought for a leading family-run building contractor in the greater Dublin area.
A leading, family-run building contractor based in the greater Dublin area is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee projects in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects from inception to final handover
- Reporting to the Construction Director
- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent commercial experience
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong commercial acumen and contractually astute
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
