Senior Quantity Surveyor sought for a leading family-run building contractor in the greater Dublin area.
A leading, family-run building contractor based just outside Dublin is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run projects in and around the Dublin area.
With a strong pipeline of work, the company has undergone strategic growth in the last 5 years and is now in a position to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects.
Project areas include:
- Healthcare
- Fit-out
- Retail
- Commercial
- Data centres
- Mixed use
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a strong commercial background
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong commercial acumen
- Contractually astute
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
