We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cork City, with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk in the M&E market.
About the Role
- Establish and grow your presence in the M&E market, utilizing your recruitment expertise to find and engage top talent.
- Foster lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans, staying ahead of market trends and working with the leadership team on initiatives and projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Trainee consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
