PE Global are currently recruiting a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Accountancy and Finance. This is a permanent role based in our Little Island, Cork offices Duties of the role: Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the finance and accountancy sector. Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client portfolio. Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Management: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for finance and accountancy roles. Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent within the industry. Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions. Analyze competitor activity and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Contribute to the development of market intelligence reports. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices. Support and mentor junior members of the recruitment team. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on Finance and Accountancy roles. People Management experience desired but not essential In-depth knowledge of the finance and accountancy sector, including market trends and key players. Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate new business. This role demands a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Finance and Accountancy sector.
