Senior Recruitment Consultant / Divisional Lead Civil Engineering & Build Environments – Permanent White Collar £30,000 - £45,000 salary with OTE of £70,000 to £90,000+ per annum Dublin, Ireland About the Opportunity: Our group is expanding and we are looking for an existing Senior Consultant or Team Leader who has experience of recruiting in a 360 capacity within construction or civil engineering. This opportunity will offer the chance to build your own team in a new area for our business, in Ireland. Whether you are working in the UK and are interested in moving to Ireland or if you are already based in Ireland and want an opportunity to take ownership of your own office and team, I am interested in talking to you. Ireland has a booming construction market and with our existing links to businesses in the country we are looking to expand our presence in that market and we offer an opportunity for someone to be in a leadership capacity of that venture. About the Benefits & Rewards: We base salaries on the experience and ability of each professional we meet but offer beyond the typical level in the industry. You can expect a basic salary from £30,000 to £45,000 and a commission structure that has no threshold, with brackets starting at 10% working up to 35% of everything you bill. In addition to basic salary and commission, we offer generous quarterly bonuses, quarterly target-based events, regular team social events (which you could be part of), on-going perks and smaller benefits inside our offices. About the Requirements: Successful applicants will ideally have prior experience of white-collar construction or civil engineering recruitment and will be capable of business generation and client delivery leading to fees. In a perfect world you will have operated in Ireland or will have been based there before, but we are open to considering UK based recruiters who are looking to move to the Irish market. We are also keen to consider individuals who are qualified in construction or civil engineering or have previously worked in the sectors we specialise in. The market knowledge and understanding gained from this background offers a unique starting point for a potentially excellent career in construction recruitment.
