Job Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, defining role requirements, sourcing top talent, and extending job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers, industry connections, and cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and team dynamics. Provide strategic guidance on market trends and talent availability. Conduct market research, mentor junior recruiters, and establish KPIs for recruitment activities. Regularly report on recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Mentor junior recruiters and provide training as needed.

  • Regularly report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

​Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a focus on software engineering, IT, or related technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the tech industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
